THE CHALLENGE

Due to growth and global positioning, many of the WeTransfer employees have never met in person. Coupled with a need to realign and reaffirm the company strategy for its employees, the challenge was to bring the different business units together for fun and functional learning and interaction, spread across a 5 day offsite.

THE BIG IDEA

Five days of meeting up, getting creative, strategizing, synchronizing and looking towards the future.

A face to face experience for all employees across the globe to converge in Amsterdam for a week of WeTransfer related Awesomeness!
